The story of Rubberlogix isn’t about an inception in 2018. It’s about a dream that took root in 2007, when Ben Bryant, supported by his wife Stephanie, found inspiration in a TV show about recycling tires. That simple spark ignited a passion for the machinery and industry of tire recycling and a mission to contribute to our environment and local economy. New River Tire Recycling was born, turning an “idea” into reality, and ultimately leading to the establishment of Rubberlogix.
From creating tire derived fuel, rubber mulch, and crumb rubber in a small operation less than a mile from home, to outgrowing facilities in Hillsville, VA, and finally settling in a massive 250,000 sq ft campus on 28 acres in Pilot Mountain, NC, our journey has been fueled by determination and growth.

As we grew, we saw opportunities for new ventures. Rubber flooring was the obvious next step, leading to the birth of Rubberlogix in 2018. Like all new ventures, there were learning curves, but our incredible customers and dedicated employees stuck with us through thick and thin. Today, we’re proud to count more than 70 employees in our team, and we’re still growing.
We’ve gone from a small idea to a significant player in the industry, delivering exceptional products not just across all 50 states, but also to Japan, Canada, and South America. The future for Rubberlogix is bright, with over 200,000 sq ft of manufacturing space and a commitment to keep innovating and “Making It Happen.”
